Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Senior Project Manager for Digital Services to lead medium-to-high complexity projects in the Operational Intelligence and Risk Management group, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and delivering AI-enabled engineering support to operating plants.

You will report to the Manager of Projects, Digital Technology, mentor other project managers, and travel up to 10% as needed while driving profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline required.
• 6+ years of experience as project manager leading and directing small or medium complexity projects to successful completion; 8 years in a technical/engineering role and 2 years as PM may be considered equivalent.
• PMI® Project Management Body of Knowledge familiarity required.
• Experience transforming data to information for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for medium to high complexity projects, including proposal support and cross-functional teams (typically 5–20 members).
• Oversee planning and baselines (scope, schedule, cost) with risk and stakeholder registers.
• Coordinate delivery across resources, procurement, quality, and communications.
• Lead customer and stakeholder communications and ensure transparent status reporting.
• Interpret contract requirements and manage changes through an integrated change control process.
• Maintain project documentation for efficient reporting and compliance.
• Forecast spend, monitor performance, close projects in systems, capture lessons learned.
