Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking an International Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics, reporting, data governance, and process improvements that support international business operations and strategic decision-making.

The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop actionable insights, optimize processes, and support system and partner integration activities. It also serves as a subject matter expert for reporting, data quality, and operational

Responsibilities

Lead reporting, analytics, and data management initiatives supporting business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting for operational and leadership teams.
Analyze data to identify trends, business opportunities, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Establish and maintain data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards.
Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Partner with business and IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation projects.
Document business requirements, workflows, and operational processes to support scalable solutions.
Support onboarding and integration of new partners, markets, and business initiatives.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Provide analytical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and business stakeholders.
