Job summary

TDW Offshore Services AS in Salt Lake City seeks a seasoned Data Production Operations Manager to lead the Global Data Production team, align strategic plans with company goals, and ensure timely customer reporting.

You will drive process improvements, manage budgets, coordinate global workload, and partner with software, data science and IT teams to deliver high-quality data products for our clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational discipline required.
• Minimum of seven to ten years management/supervisory experience.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Working knowledge of pipeline engineering challenges and inspection equipment preferred.
• Experience planning and tracking workflow through Data Production preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Data Production team and Data Production leadership group for the Global Data Production Team.
• Develops and implements Global Data Production operational business plans, strategies and organization design that are consistent with short- and long-term objectives of TDW.
• Evaluates and assigns workload globally to ensure metrics and workloads are achieved.
• Formulates and manages departmental budget to maximize return on investment.
• Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of the Global Data Production operations to ensure customer objectives are met.
• Ensures proper certifications for Data Production are current and training conducted per requirements.
• Ensures proficiency to meet customer and market requirements; focus on quality and efficiency.
• Evaluates monthly status reports and adjusts plans as needed.
• Prioritizes key customers based on annual run awards and turnaround expectations; manages escalations.
• Develops and monitors QA/QC KPI's to drive data quality.
• Implements process improvements to maximize throughput; collaborates with software/IT teams.
• Looks for new developments to enhance service offerings, in conjunction with Global Training Support.
