Job summary

TD Williamson in Salt Lake City seeks a seasoned leader to plan, direct, and coordinate the Global Data Production Operations Department, ensuring accurate and timely customer reports. You will lead the data production leadership group, manage budgeting, allocate workloads globally, and drive data quality improvements while collaborating with software, IT, and training teams.

This role requires a technical background, international travel, and a track record of improving throughput and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational field.
• 7–10 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally with valid passport.
• Experience with pipeline inspection equipment and engineering challenges.
• Expertise in inline inspection software programs.
• Understanding of Inline Inspection equipment and processes.
• Experience planning and tracking workflow in Data Production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Word, Access and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Data Production team and leadership group.
• Develops and implements global Data Production plans and organization design.
• Assigns workload to meet metrics and workloads.
• Manages departmental budget for ROI.
• Ensures certifications for Data Production are current.
• Collaborates with software development and IT to improve inspection software.
• Monitors monthly status reports and adjusts plans as needed.
• Prioritizes key customers based on awards and turnaround expectations.
