Job summary

TD Williamson is seeking a seasoned leader to direct the Global Data Production Operations. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize the data production activities, ensuring timely customer reports and compliance with quality standards.

The role requires building high-performing teams, guiding process improvements, and working with software, data science, and IT partners to enhance inspection tools. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational discipline is required.
• Minimum of seven to ten years of management or supervisory experience.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Working knowledge of pipeline engineering challenges and inspection equipment is preferred.
• Experience planning and tracking workflow through Data Production is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC software: Word, Access, Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Data Production team and leadership group for Global Data Production.
• Develops and implements operational plans and organization design aligned with TDW objectives.
• Assigns workload globally to meet metrics and targets.
• Manages departmental budget to maximize return on investment.
• Monitors QA/QC KPI and drives data quality improvement.
• Ensures certifications and training meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with software development, Data Science, and IT to improve inspection software.
• Develops training programs with GTS and leads staff to meet objectives.
