Job summary

TDW is seeking a Global Data Production leader to plan, direct, and coordinate operations across the department, ensuring accurate and timely customer reports.

You will develop strategies, allocate workloads globally, manage budgets, and drive continuous data quality improvements while mentoring staff and maintaining compliance.

Travel internationally with a valid passport may be required to engage with key customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operational discipline is required.
• 7–10 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Working knowledge of engineering challenges in pipeline environments and inspection equipment is preferred.
• High level of expertise in inline inspection software programs.
• Thorough understanding of inline inspection equipment and processes demonstrated via certification is preferred.
• Experience planning and tracking workflow through Data Production is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Access, and Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate Global Data Production activities.
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with TDW objectives.
• Assign workloads globally to meet metrics and objectives.
• Formulate and manage department budget to maximize ROI.
• Monitor QA/QC KPI’s and drive data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with software, data science, and IT teams to improve inspection software.
• Train and lead employees to meet objectives and growth.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and AffirMitive Action guidelines.
