Job summary

TD Williamson is hiring a Senior Data Production leader in Salt Lake City to guide the Global Data Production Team, design strategic operations, and optimize workload and performance across regions. The role emphasizes quality, timeliness, and efficiency of data services.

The ideal candidate holds a technical or operational bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operational discipline is required.
• Minimum of seven to ten years management/supervisory experience.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Working knowledge of engineering challenges of a pipeline environment and the application of pipeline inspection equipment is preferred.
• High level of expertise in the use of in-line inspection software programs preferred.
• Thorough understanding of In-Line Inspection equipment and processes exhibited through documented certification is preferred.
• Experience planning and tracking workflow through Data Production preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers; Word, Access, and Excel at the Intermediate Level.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Data Production team and leadership group for the Global Data Production Team.
• Develops and implements global operational plans that align with TDW objectives.
• Evaluates and assigns workload globally to meet metrics.
• Manages departmental budget to maximize ROI.
• Ensures training and certifications for Data Production are current.
