Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent privacy/compliance work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of legal frameworks, data protection principles, and legislative processes.
• Proven project management experience with methodologies, frameworks, techniques, and tools.
• Experience leading medium to large global cross-functional projects on strict timelines.
• Strong technical acumen to navigate end-to-end systems landscapes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between AppleCare operations, Data Privacy, and Legal teams.
• Lead privacy assessments, ensure regulatory compliance across systems and tools.
• Drive remediation efforts tied to audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Guide cross-functional teams through complex privacy projects from concept to delivery.
• Maintain privacy governance, Radar tracking, and privacy repositories.
