Job summary

Gerra, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Lead to build and scale systems for collecting training data from global robot deployments. You will partner with engineering to automate operations and collaborate with customers to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

You will design QA processes, develop playbooks for new data collection scenarios, and lead remote teams to drive operational metrics and SLAs across the organization.

We collect training data from real-world robot deployments across the globe. As Data Operations Lead, you will build and scale the systems and processes that make this possible.

This is a high-leverage role where you will directly impact our ability to serve customers and grow revenue. You will work closely with engineering to automate operations and with customers to ensure data quality.
