We are seeking a Data Collection Manager to run day-to-day operations and scale throughput to meet growing demand. You will hire, train, and lead a team of data collection operators, coordinate schedules across robot platforms, and collaborate with engineering on hardware setup while ensuring data quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or production management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven approach to problem solving.
• On-site work at our LA facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at our Los Angeles data collection facility.
• Coordinate data collection schedules across multiple robot platforms and scenarios.
• Ensure data quality meets customer specifications and internal standards.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of data collection operators.
• Optimize collection workflows for efficiency and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering on hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Track and report on operational metrics and KPIs.
