Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced PMO and capacity-planning professional to optimize enterprise-wide planning, governance, and organizational readiness across portfolios. You will translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with GDMS and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes forecasting, workload balancing, and workforce analytics, with dashboards in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel modeling.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret operational, capacity, and financial data; comfortable with variance analysis and trends.
• Proficient with Power BI/Tableau and Excel (advanced modeling) for dashboards and what-if views.
• Working knowledge of capacity planning, resourcing, and portfolio management concepts.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, virtual teams and delivering via PMO processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with GDMS Leadership to drive enterprise-wide planning, governance, and readiness initiatives.
• Providing resource and capacity planning to ensure optimal allocation of talent, skills, and budget.
• Leading change management efforts and developing communication strategies to promote transparency.
• Maintaining headcount, workload, and demand models; running allocation algorithms for on-time delivery.
• Building and maintaining operational dashboards; validating portfolio data with cross-functional peers.
• Assisting in forecasting tools, dashboards, and workforce analytics improvements.
• Supporting PMO activities including project planning, metrics tracking, and status reporting.
