Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Product Manager to own the roadmap for Data Products, Analytics, and AI/ML initiatives supporting Planning and Supply Chain. You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions and drive adoption across the organization.

We expect 3+ years in product management or related fields, strong Power BI skills, and experience with ERP/planning platforms. Excellent written and verbal English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management or related fields.
• Strong Power BI report development and data modeling.
• Experience with Planning/Supply Chain analytics (S&OP/IBP).
• Familiarity with ERP/planning platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proven KPI definition and performance metrics management.
• Excellent communication with business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for Data Products, Analytics, and AI/ML initiatives for Planning and Supply Chain.
• Define, prioritize, and sequence features aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and improve planning analytics and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Sales, Product Management, and Finance to gather requirements.
• Define, validate, and monitor KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and trust across analytics products.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and present roadmaps to leadership.
• Deliver scalable analytics solutions and drive adoption across the organization.
• Balance short-term demands with long-term product strategy.
