Job summary

Keyloop is seeking a Business Systems Analyst — Data & Integrations to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements for data integrations and centralized reporting across global stakeholders.

In this role, you will support data warehousing, data flows, validation, and collaboration with IT and business units to deliver reliable insights. Excellent English communication and experience in ETL and visualization are essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years in business analysis or a related field.
Experience with data ETL transformation, migration, and warehousing.
Proficient in querying databases and using visualization tools (Snowflake, Power BI).
Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
Knowledge of BABOK and BPMN.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
Data analytics certification preferred.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and document data requirements for system integrations.
Demonstrate data fluency to map data flows and transformations across enterprise systems.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
Question the as‑is process and explore to‑be options to improve reporting and data quality.
Create and maintain documentation including specs, epics, use cases, and data flow diagrams for reporting.
Assist in testing and validation, and coordinate business acceptance testing for reports.
Prioritize system requirements based on business impact and resource availability.
Communicate changes, timelines, and training needs to stakeholders.
