Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead global change governance for its Data Center fleet. You will plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules while communicating with cross-functional partners across the company. You’ll explain analyses to executives and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers.

The Data Center team designs and operates advanced electrical and HVAC systems. Individual pay varies by skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience with change governance including workflows, processes, documentation, and mapping.
Experience using data analytics to quantify program performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the global change governance program for Google’s Data Center fleet.
Facilitate data driven and consensus based decision making with stakeholders.
Integrate change governance with change control board processes.
Monitor performance and health of the process to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Develop and execute updated communications, training, and outreach plans.
