The role involves mentoring admins, engineers, analysts and PMs, plus coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects. You will learn high-level designs around Networking, Industrial Controls, and OT, while enabling a world-class organization and improving cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on infrastructure, troubleshooting, systems administration, networking, DevOps or applications development experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by creating processes, procedures, and automation.
• Own performance management and career development of assigned staff.
• Provide strategic guidance across cross-functional teams leveraging Systems Engineering core competencies.
• Manage large, cross-functional projects and coordinate with software developers, executives and vendors.
• Produce reporting demonstrating closure of issues and stakeholder engagement.
