Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Director of Data Center & Site Operations to lead global deployment operations, program management, and site-level operations. The role covers Day 1 build-out, Day 2 scalability, vendor coordination, and cross-functional leadership to ensure high availability and efficient deployment across regions.

You will drive standardized processes, manage complex schedules and budgets, and report to the VP of Tech & DC Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data center operations experience.
• Experience managing large-scale global infrastructure deployment programs.
• Hands-on Day 1 build-out and rack-and-stack turnover.
• Strong knowledge of power, cooling, cabling, and network infra.
• Experience with change governance and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Day 1 deployments meeting global standards.
• Lead Day 2 deployments across multiple sites.
• Coordinate compute, storage, networking, cabling changes.
• Track KPIs, timelines, budgets, vendor performance.
• Ensure operational readiness and handover to live ops.
• Provide executive deployment progress reporting.
