Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Lead to drive day-to-day operations, including run services, repairs, safety, and reporting. You will manage rack installations, fiber span repair, and optical issues, coordinating action items and timelines to satisfy EOS and client needs.

The role requires travel to multiple sites and leadership of cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams.
• Strong networking knowledge including routers, switches, and routing protocols.
• Experience with automation to streamline workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in change control processes in production environments.
• Solid understanding of ITIL or equivalent service frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and completion of data center and network installation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Establish and implement rigorous quality controls to meet specs and regulations.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on time and in scope.
• Monitor budgets and opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare status reports and updates for leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive ongoing improvements.
