Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data centre construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Strong procurement, contracts, and cost-control knowledge.
• Extensive multi-region project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data centre projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Own budgets, schedules, risk, and project delivery.
• Manage integrated programmes using P6/MS Project.
• Lead procurement, contracts, change control, and cost management.
• Manage critical-path and long-lead equipment risks.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across multiple regions.
• Report project, commercial, and delivery performance to senior leadership.
• Strong track record managing fast-track, multi-region construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficient in P6/MS Project and project management tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing project teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively (80–100%).
