Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage requirements, schedules, risks, and communication across offices and time zones.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in program management for mission-critical facilities, design-build or real estate development, and leadership experience within large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• 10 years of experience in mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab, etc.).
• 10 years of experience in the design-build or real estate development environment.
• 8 years of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with leadership from key external stakeholders to understand project issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Align teams around project delivery strategy and milestones for large capital projects.
• Provide leadership and development focus to internal teams and oversee active project schedule and cost control activities.
• Develop an organization with a customer service orientation to key internal stakeholders across data center and hardware operations.
