Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in construction management, quantity surveying, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in data center construction, leading cost management, project controls or cost estimation.
• 5+ years of experience with multinational technical construction programs/projects.
• Experience with cost management, cost planning and estimation, negotiation, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial alignment, optimize processes, and ensure strategic execution for data center projects across the assigned sub region and in line with global project controls framework.
• Be the primary point of contact for cost controls, funding matters, ensuring seamless financial oversight and stakeholder alignment.
• Support megascale development, multi-building campus projects, and leverage strategic vendor relationships to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
• Streamline program-level activities, empower project-level teams to focus on efficient project controls delivery.
