Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across data centers and AI infrastructure. You will plan requirements with internal customers, shepherd projects from inception to commissioning, manage schedules, risks, and communications with executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• Experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical gear and cooling systems.
• Vendor relationships management and knowledge of design/construction contracts.
• Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
• End-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs and manage project lifecycles.
• Plan requirements with internal customers and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, identify risks, and present trade-offs to executives and engineers.
• Coordinate partner teams, balance priorities, and control costs and timelines.
• Support data center facilities projects from inception through commissioning and deployment.
