Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the global change governance program for the Data Center fleet. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate across cross-functional partners.

This role emphasizes explaining analyses to executives and balancing tradeoffs with engineers. The Data Center team designs and operates sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with change governance including workflows, processes, documentation, and mapping.
• Experience using data analytics to quantify program performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global change governance program for Google’s Data Center fleet.
• Foster data-driven and consensus-based decisions by preparing topics and engaging stakeholders globally.
• Integrate change governance with change control board processes across teams.
• Monitor process performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements for quality decisions at speed.
• Improve awareness by updating communications, training, and outreach plans.
