Job summary

Google in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Engineering Change Management initiatives for our data centers. You will drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.

You will partner with Data Center and Google Cloud teams to manage multiple workstreams, build scalable data frameworks, and report progress at regional and global levels. The role offers multiple U.S. location options, including Kirkland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as a project manager on projects and programs.
• 5 years of experience using spreadsheet tools for ad-hoc data analysis, data input, and reporting.
• Experience in data center design and construction, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple Data Center and Google Cloud teams to manage and report on several simultaneous workstreams.
• Track status of varied workstreams and provide reports, notifications, and presentations on specific, regional, and global levels.
• Build workflows and data frameworks that scale.
• Manage partner team data input mechanisms, seeking to automate and make systematic wherever possible.
• Sustain a continuous improvement approach including ability to solicit feedback, identify and present process improvements and change management ideas.
