Responsibilities

• Manage daily data center operations, ensuring all team priorities align with broader company objectives.
• Communicate clear priorities and facilitate seamless operational hand-offs to oncoming shift leads.
• Collaborate globally to identify, resolve, and engineer solutions for computing and network architecture.
• Manage internal project implementation while hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive a strict safety culture on-site while fostering a collaborative team environment.
