Job summary

Meta’s Edge & Network Services team seeks experienced Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support large-scale data center networks globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to evolve network infrastructure and tooling, enabling reliable, scalable services across the globe.

The role emphasizes driving standardization, leading NPI processes, and partnering with software teams to create provisioning and monitoring solutions. Willingness to travel 25–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve deployment reliability, quality, and speed.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale data center networks.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic infrastructure and standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, engineering, and implementation of large-scale data center networks across multiple locations.
• Research, develop, and deploy technologies and topologies to scale data centers and optimize deployments.
• Lead strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, innovation, and standardization of data centers.
