Job summary

QTS Data Centers is building out its supply chain capabilities to support rapid growth. The Delivery Project Manager will be a key member of the upstream supply chain team, managing the connection points between our vendors, warehouse network, and project sites across the country.

We are seeking a Logistics professional to lead the coordination, execution, and management of Systemic equipment delivery for projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
Experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain management with inbound/outbound operations.
Proficiency with Oracle and Microsoft Office.
Experience coordinating across multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Generate Orders (Transfer, inbound, outbound) to flow to warehouse personnel in Oracle.
Coordinate with upstream and project site leaders to align material requests with inventory.
Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders; resolve discrepancies.
Identify risks and advise leadership on allocations and delivery schedules.
Document processes in Oracle and drive continuous improvement.
Establish metrics and reports to monitor equipment delivery performance.
Coordinate inventory modifications and allocation to meet deployment needs.
