Job summary

QTS Data Centers is expanding its upstream supply chain capabilities and seeks a Delivery Project Manager to oversee equipment delivery for projects nationwide. You will coordinate with vendors, warehouse networks, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate tracking, and issue resolution within Oracle-based processes.

The role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex logistics across multiple sites and time zones in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Oracle suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Preferred: Palantir and Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate orders (Transfer, inbound, outbound) to warehouse in Oracle.
• Coordinate with upstream and project site leaders for material requests.
• Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and communicate delays to senior leadership.
• Align inventory with deployment dates and customer requirements.
• Develop business metrics and reports for equipment delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse ops, and logistics partners.
