Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead global data center inventory and power topology initiatives.

You’ll organize and guide cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and networks to ensure durable, reliable processes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and scalable automation, reporting to the Data Center Delivery Business Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in data center, networking engineering, systems engineering or construction management with knowledge of data center technologies (power, cooling, controls).

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Manage the dependencies and interfaces between projects/deliverables, negotiating trade-offs.
• Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
• End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
• Run meetings, create timelines, and keep large groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow-up.
• Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvements/automated solutions.
• Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the Data Center Delivery workflow.
