Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Manager, Field Services to build and lead a global Data Center Field Services organization. You will ensure world-class installation, commissioning, warranty, lifecycle service, and aftermarket support for hyperscale customers, while establishing operational strategy, partner networks, and field execution processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Seven+ years in progressive leadership in field service or mission-critical ops.
• Experience leading field service orgs and third-party providers.
• Experience developing scalable operational processes and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead scalable Field Services organization for installation, commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle service.
• Develop workforce planning and service partner capabilities for global growth.
• Standardize installation, commissioning, warranty, and field service processes.
• Ensure field operations comply with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Lead warranty responses and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop technician training and third-party partner qualification programs.
• Establish field service KPIs and reporting to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders during deployments.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to improve field execution.
