Job summary

Amazon is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a team of technicians and engineers responsible for installing and expanding server rack capacity across our data centers. You will drive capacity delivery, oversee networked infrastructure, and partner with internal teams to improve safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data center technology role.
• 2+ years in a management or team lead function.
• 2+ years of TCP/IP networking, cable and test equipment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and networking certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians and engineers installing and expanding server rack capacity.
• Deliver capacity to existing Data Centers and help build new ones.
• Develop and maintain metrics to drive improvements and ensure safety standards.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/contractors.
• Implement service methodologies including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
