Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of data center construction cost management experience.
• 5 years of experience with multinational technical construction programs/projects.
• Experience with cost management, cost planning and estimation, negotiation, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial alignment, optimize processes, and ensure strategic execution for data center projects across the sub region.
• Be the primary point of contact for cost controls, funding matters, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support megascale development and campus projects, leveraging vendor relationships to reduce costs.
• Streamline program-level activities and empower project-level teams for efficient controls delivery.
