Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-disciplinary data center programs from planning to delivery. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication across offices and time zones.

The role emphasizes cost controls, schedule, and change management, with responsibility for driving efficiency, reliability, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data center construction, leading cost management, project controls or cost estimation.
• 5 years of experience with multinational technical construction programs/projects.
• Experience with cost management, cost planning and estimation, negotiation, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial alignment, optimize processes, and ensure strategic execution for data center projects across the assigned sub region and in line with global project controls framework.
• Be the primary point of contact for cost controls related, funding matters, ensuring seamless financial oversight and stakeholder alignment.
• Support megascale development, multi-building campus projects, and leveraging strategic vendor relationships to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
• Streamline program-level activities, empower project-level teams to focus on efficient project controls delivery.
