Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead cost controls and manage cross-functional, multi-site data center projects in the US. You will coordinate stakeholders, drive scheduling, risk management, and ensure timely delivery across offices and time zones.

You will implement a scalable program controls approach, working with cross-functional teams and executives to optimize processes, budgeting, and procurement for megascale facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in data center construction with cost management and project controls.
• 5 years of experience working with multinational technical construction programs/projects.
• Experience with cost management, cost planning and estimation, negotiation and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial alignment for data center projects across the assigned sub region within the global project controls framework.
• Be the primary point of contact for cost controls, funding matters, ensuring oversight and stakeholder alignment.
• Support megascale development and campus projects, leveraging vendor relationships to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
• Streamline program-level activities and empower project teams for efficient controls delivery.
