Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a data center cabling strategy for AWS infrastructure. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, build scalable processes, and deliver executive-level insights to optimize cabling across global data centers.

The role focuses on data-driven planning, disciplined execution, and surface of critical decisions to leadership, with a direct impact on reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, CS, or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level reporting on program health with root-cause analysis.
• Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements and automation.
• Manage competing priorities across programs and dependencies to deliver plans.
• Build mechanisms monitoring health of cable strategy and implementation.
• Unite cross-functional teams across time zones around a shared vision.
