Job summary

Amazon's Global Network Delivery team in AWS Infrastructure seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive global data center cabling quality and operating efficiency. You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with quality engineers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, and develop scalable mechanisms to reduce field defects and improve audits during build milestones.

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead global data center cabling quality business reviews, and change management.
Develop and standardize global operating procedures that are scalable and measurable across different countries.
Create and improve quality audit processes for new builds, including milestone checks and design reviews.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and provide regular program updates to senior leadership.
Drive best-in-class quality outcomes to achieve optimal operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness in infrastructure.
Travel 20-30% to review projects and coordinate with onsite personnel and contractors at AWS' Data Centers.
