Responsibilities

• Team Management and Development: Prioritize tasks, recruit and train staff, host weekly meetings, ensure performance standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage infrastructure installation from procurement to deployment, coordinate resources, provide weekly reports.
• Process Improvement: Develop policies to meet standards and SLAs, manage tasks across projects.
• Flexibility and Availability: Support potential off-hours and on-call needs.
