Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead data and analytics initiatives in a large enterprise. You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and offshore delivery teams to drive project execution from conception to implementation, with hands-on Databricks experience and strong BI tooling familiarity.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage data and analytics initiatives for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management, business stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and data analytics expertise. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams to drive successful project execution from conception through implementation. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in modern data platforms such as Databricks, along with strong familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. Experience working within large global organizations with mature governance, compliance, and delivery processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements discovery sessions.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and reporting teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Work closely with offshore development and support teams in India, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
• Drive adoption and change management activities associated with delivered solutions.
