Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead data and analytics initiatives in a large enterprise. The role requires collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams to drive projects from conception through implementation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management, business stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and data analytics expertise. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams to drive successful project execution from conception through implementation. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in modern data platforms such as Databricks, along with strong familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. Experience working within large global organizations with mature governance, compliance, and delivery processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements discovery sessions.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and reporting teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Work closely with offshore development and support teams in India, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
