Qualifications

• 10+ years in data governance, risk, or data leadership roles.
• Strong experience within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
• Proven ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.

• Design and lead the enterprise Data Governance operating model.
• Establish policies across data classification, quality, retention, and access.
• Drive data quality, metadata management, and lineage transparency.
