Arclin USA LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Dangerous Goods Compliance to join our Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team. You will lead global DG transportation compliance across North American and international operations, balancing business needs with regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure safe, compliant transport of Arclin products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field and 10+ years in dangerous goods compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Experience supporting global DG programs across multiple jurisdictions and regulations.
• Expert knowledge of DG regulations and compliance programs; ability to develop training.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the corporate subject matter expert for global dangerous goods transportation compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on global hazardous and non-hazardous material shipping regulations.
• Develop and maintain DG compliance standards, procedures, and training programs.
• Lead or support DG audits of carriers, logistics providers, warehouses, and facilities.
• Coordinate regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Investigate and report DG incidents and drive corrective actions.
