Job summary

Arclin in North America is seeking a Regional Trade & Compliance Manager to lead daily import and export compliance across the region, ensuring alignment with global regulations and business objectives.

You will translate complex trade rules into practical actions, manage licensing, screening, and sanctions, and collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, legal, and supply chain teams to minimize risk and enable efficient global trade.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in trade compliance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, licensing, and sanctions.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemicals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily import/export compliance activities across North America.
• Ensure accurate trade docs, declarations, classification, and data.
• Manage export licensing, denied party screening, and sanctions controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on impact to products and processes.
• Resolve customs issues and compliance disruptions with stakeholders.
• Oversee brokers and third-party providers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support inquiries, audits, and process improvements while maintaining compliance ownership.
