Job summary

Analogic is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead global security operations, focusing on identity, endpoints, networks, cloud, and data security across locations in the U.S., U.K., and other sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience with an infrastructure or operations focus, including 2+ years in people leadership.
• Hands-on experience with modern security tooling across MDR/EDR, IAM/PAM, web and email security, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational security across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and data environments.
• Oversee security tooling and vendor partnerships including MDR/EDR, IAM/PAM, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Implement controls and provide evidence for audit requirements (NIST SP 800-171/CUI).
• Lead 24/7 security monitoring and incident response with MSSP support.
• Mentor analysts and shape the cybersecurity strategy with IT leadership.
