Job summary

Analogic seeks a hands-on Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our global security operations across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and data environments. You will partner with IT, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Engineering to strengthen our security posture and support a government contracting environment where reliability and auditability matter.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, mentoring analysts and translating priorities into action.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience with infrastructure or operations focus.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational security across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and data environments.
• Own IAM/PAM operations including role-based access and privileged access enforcement.
• Lead vulnerability management, secure configuration baselines, and remediation tracking.
• Provide security oversight for network, cloud environments, and data security in partnership with Infrastructure and Compliance.
• Lead 24/7 security monitoring and incident response with MSSP coverage.
• Build and mentor cybersecurity analysts and translate priorities into executive updates.
