Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Director of Cyber Operations to lead the global security operations capability. The role blends hands-on delivery with leadership, owning the operating model, detection engineering, and incident response across markets.

You’ll guide automation using SIEM/XDR, SOAR, and Azure Sentinel, while managing MSSPs and driving continuous improvements in maturity, metrics, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in 24x7 security operations management.
• Proven MSSP/MDR governance and service delivery.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST SP 800-137, or SANS SOC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Cyber Operations operating model and 24x7 monitoring/response across markets.
• Lead incident response, PIRs, and root-cause analyses; drive improvements.
• Govern MSSP performance, KPIs/SLAs, and service reviews on a monthly cadence.
