Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a Global Senior Manager, Cybersecurity to lead our worldwide security program across IT, engineered products, and AI initiatives, including governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

You will own security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM and DLP, secure development lifecycle for in-house apps, product security for connected systems, and AI security governance, while partnering with the Amsted SOC and global

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity
• 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role
• Experience running core security operations (SOC, IR, VM)
• Hands-on secure SDLC / application security experience
• Experience with AI security risk
• Multinational/global security program experience
• Manufacturing/OT or connected product security exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own security operations across enterprise in collaboration with Amsted SOC.
• Lead incident response program, plans, exercises, and live responses.
• Run enterprise vulnerability management including scanning and patch prioritization.
• Design and implement IAM, endpoint protection, DLP, and threat intel programs.
• Embed security in network, cloud, and application architecture decisions.
• Own security policy, audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and security questionnaires.
• Lead security awareness and phishing simulation programs.
• Own vendor security risk assessments for suppliers and SaaS platforms.
• Secure development lifecycle governance for internally developed apps and tools.
• Oversee security for product and connected systems.
