Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity, technology, risk management, and privacy leadership in global organizations.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Proven experience leading governance, risk management, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior information security leader for the division, aligning priorities with enterprise strategy and risk management.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk across enterprise, manufacturing, and product domains.
• Partner with leadership to ensure regulatory, contractual, and corporate security requirements, including ISO 27001 certification and surveillance.
• Lead the divisional ISMS with implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of controls and governance.
• Drive enterprise security programs across the division, including vulnerability management and incident response.
• Provide divisional oversight of risk assessments, remediation, and risk treatment activities.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to integrate security into initiatives and deployments.
• Establish divisional security governance forums, metrics, and reporting for leadership.
• Lead a team of security professionals and coordinate security awareness and training.
• Coordinate with incident response, threat intel, and security operations during significant events.
