Job summary

You will budget, lead the Security and Compliance function, and partner with Infrastructure, Applications, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and plant leadership to safeguard manufacturing operations and IP.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Experience leading security programs across operations, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago near O’Hare and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for executive reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
