Davis-Standard, LLC in Chicago seeks a Director of Cybersecurity to own the enterprise strategy, governance, risk reduction, incident readiness, and executive reporting. You will partner with Infrastructure, Applications, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and plant leadership to protect manufacturing operations and intellectual property.

Lead the Security and Compliance program globally, drive Zero Trust initiatives, manage a SIEM/SOC service, and ensure robust incident response and disaster

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and technology leadership.
• Experience leading programs across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage internal teams and external partners, MSPs, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, Zero Trust, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft security ecosystems, identity platforms, EDR/XDR, cloud security, and vendor risk.
• Ability to build executive-level cybersecurity reporting, risk registers, metrics, and governance routines.
• Onsite work in Chicago area near O’Hare airport with occasional flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity governance and program leadership across global units and manufacturing sites.
• Oversee SIEM/SOC managed service, incident response, and reporting with defined SLAs.
• Drive identity/access security improvements and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and operations to embed cybersecurity into governance and risk management.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity for Tier 1 systems.
