Job summary

CNH Industrial in the United States seeks a Program Manager to lead globally regulated product programs with emphasis on cybersecurity, governance, and lifecycle readiness. You will coordinate engineering, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, legal, suppliers, and customers to ensure programs meet objectives while complying with worldwide requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of experience managing hardware/software development programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, systems engineering, or related technical field preferred; business or program management degree acceptable with demonstrated technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years related experience leading technical programs involving hardware, software, embedded electronics, cybersecurity, and regulated product development.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), Release to Manufacturing (RTM), and lifecycle deliverables in regulated, cybersecurity-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including governance planning, milestone management, risk tracking, and escalation of readiness concerns.
• Develop and manage the program budget, schedule, resources, and results, including cybersecurity requirements, compliance deliverables, audits, and governance expectations.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and regulatory obligations, coordinating evidence, traceability, issue resolution, and readiness reviews for global markets.
