Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking an IT Program Manager – Cyber Compliance who will lead Eaton’s multi‑framework cybersecurity compliance program end to end, translating the CISO’s vision into an executable, measurable plan. The role drives a shift from event‑driven activity to continuous assurance and treats certifications as a strategic capability.

You will manage cross‑functional delivery across CMMC 2.0, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CE+ and related frameworks, coordinate budgets and risks,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information security, risk management, IT, or related field.
10+ years in program/project management with cybersecurity compliance experience.
Strong knowledge of CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CE+ and TISAX.
Proven ability to deliver multi‑workstream programs end to end.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end delivery of Eaton’s Cyber Compliance Transformation Program across all in‑scope frameworks.
Translate the CISO’s strategy into an integrated program plan, roadmap and governance artifacts.
Manage budgets, risks, scope, and cross‑functional dependencies to ensure on‑time outcomes.
Coordinate audit readiness activities and evidence management across sites.
Collaborate with Internal Audit and regulatory bodies to sustain continuous assurance.
